Residential Training Center

Children are forced to leave the orphanages in their late teens.

We want to prepare them for integration into society by:

1. Social/Personal Development

2. Practical living skills acquisition.

3. Academic/vocational training.

Hospice for Dying Orphans

Help us provide love and care for little ones whose illnesses and physical disabilities shorten their lives.  They deserve pain relief, a tender touch and a clean bed.

Bulgarian Child - Working in more than 40 Children's Homes

Bulgarian Child Cares!

• Delivers food, cleaning supplies and toiletries to 20 orphanages 3 times/year.

• Funds emergency needs: heating fuel, medicines, and equipment repair.

• Furnishes blankets, sheets, and mattresses.

• Distributes clothing and new shoes.

• Buys new washers and dryers.

Bulgarian Child Teaches!

• Funds a special education teacher and physical therapist in one home for handicapped.

• Finds sources for wheelchairs and other needed equipment.

• Provides school supplies.

• Gives vocational training.

• Organizes seminars for orphanage directors.

Bulgarian Child Builds!

• Showers/indoor toilets.

• Kitchen/cafeterias.

• Heating systems.

• Playgrounds.

• 440sq.m. building: kitchen, 2 cafeteria/study rooms, toilets and showers, laundry, computer lab, emergency shelter, offices.
